Returns & Exchanges
Hollis Rural Trading have a 14 day return policy from the order date. No returns are able to be accepted after this time. Proof of purchase must be provided for issue of a store credit or the exchange of an item. The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees and must include a pre-paid post satchel if wishing to exchange an item. Please ensure you send your return goods to us via a traceable means of postage.
We are not able to offer refunds on change of mind purchases.
